Double Cross is an original crime thriller currently in development, written and produced by Sergio Sanchez.

Set in the world of underground gambling, dirty money, desperate men, and dangerous secrets, Double Cross follows a group of characters whose lives collide after loyalty, greed, and survival start pulling them in opposite directions. What begins as a debt problem quickly spirals into something much darker, where nobody is who they claim to be, and every move comes with a price.

The story blends gritty crime drama with sharp dialogue, dark humor, and a non-linear structure inspired by the great character-driven crime films of the past. At its core, Double Cross is about betrayal — not just between criminals, but between friends, partners, and the versions of ourselves we pretend to be.

The project is currently being developed as an independent feature film under Double Cross Pictures LLC.
